Biofeedback is the process of reducing stress and stress factors in your body through analysis and influencing the feedback response your body has to certain impulses. 

 

You will be hooked up to the SCIO Biofeedback device, via 8 electrodes. (Ankles, Wrists, and Forehead

The whole process is non-invasive. You will feel an overall sense of calm and relaxation during the process, and will leave feeling refreshed.

First we run an initial analysis which compares your personal signatures to the signatures of over 25,000 stress factors. Once complete, we run a variety of stress reduction training programs which can increase your energy levels, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall mood.
